The role is responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources departments for all of our client’s properties in one state. Our placed candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills in order to provide high-quality guest services throughout all of the properties.

Corporate Director of Benefits

Our client is a stable casino company that created a new position to provide centralized support for their properties. The company has ongoing plans for expansion. The Corporate Director of Benefits now handles the administration of employee benefits at all of the company’s properties. Our placed candidate is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving modified or new employee benefits and plans.

Director of Compliance

We placed the Director of Compliance for one of the largest casino properties in the Northwest region with plans for significant expansion. The property offers over 3,000 gaming machines, a variety of restaurants and bars, live entertainment, and a special events center. The position oversees and directs the Casino Compliance Department.
