Corporate Vice President Food and Beverage

We completed a search for a ten plus casino/hotel operation in the U.S. and Caribbean. The executive we placed acts as the company’s internal resource and has oversight of food & beverage. The candidate had 15+ years’ experience supervising multiple property food and beverage operations in the casino/hotel industry.

Vice President Food and Beverage

Our client is a very large and successful casino/resort located in the East. The property produces in excess of $90 million food and beverage revenue annually. The operation includes both company and leased restaurants. They were looking for someone with five years experience as a VP in a very high volume operation with multiple units and/or very large single properties. The placed candidate had experience in high volume, high quality operations, and experience working with a culturally diverse work force. In addition, they report to the COO.

Director of Food and Beverage

We completed a search for a casino located in the Northwest, which currently has three food and beverage outlets. Qualifications required included three to five years’ experience as Director of Casino Food and Beverage (including experience with Food and Beverage revenue of at least $3 million) and strong leadership and management skills. Prior start-up and pre-opening experience was also required. They also reports to the Vice President of Operations. The candidate we placed manages all food and beverage operations, including catering, throughout the casino and hotel. A major responsibility of this executive was managing a planned expansion which includes kitchen design and equipment selection, interviewing and hiring of F&B staff, as well as menu development.

  • Proven ability to manage outside advertising agencies, to maintain budgets and achieve timely results
  • Experience in developing and managing promotional, public relations, loyalty, and partnership programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of database marketing and analysis strategies
