Engineering and Maintenance Specialists for Facility and Concession

We made a placement for one of the nation’s largest leading gaming companies. The Regional Director of Facilities oversees the maintenance of the entire electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems at the properties, multiple guest room towers, one of the county’s largest convention centers, multiple food and beverage outlets, and the outside perimeters of the properties. Our placed candidate had 7 years of facility management experience in the hospitality environment at the time of hire.

We placed the Senior Facilities Manager for one of the largest Casino properties in the region with upcoming plans for significant expansion, including a luxury hotel and events center. The position is responsible for the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of two casino facilities. Our placed candidate had over 20 years of experience in the trade.

Our client is a company that sells and rents coin lockers, key lockers, and electronically controlled checking lockers that are located in bus and train terminals, recreational facilities, bookstores, military posts, and libraries. We placed the On-Site Concessions Manager who is responsible for managing outsourced locker operations at the customer facility. The position manages day-to-day relationships with customers and employees, and they are also in charge of the maintenance and cleaning of lockers, daily cash collections, and interacting with guests to provide information and answer questions.
