Vice President of Operations

A hemp producer was our client for this Vice President of Operations search for a new finished products production facility. This VP role is responsible for hiring management and non-management employees, as well as onboarding staff to the new facility. Our placed candidate implements inventory tracking processes through an ERP system and GMP practices in concert with the management team.

Process Chemist

We completed this search in the Northwest for a rapidly growing CBD manufacturer. The Process Chemist troubleshoots a wide array of synthetic chemistry issues at the bench scale and applies corrective measures when needed. Our placed candidate conducts and documents process optimization studies and applies changes to the modified route, while optimizing processes within both non-GMP and cGMP laboratories.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager
