This VP of Supply Chain search we conducted was for a growing manufacturer. The role is accountable for the financial, service, and quality metrics related to their supply chain and purchasing. Our placed candidate has impacted established operations by aggressively improving total cost, lead times, and inventory levels. They also are responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic and operational supply chain processes and strategies, ensuring there are resources to support forecasted business and projected growth. Additionally, they have developed initiatives to support supply chain performance over a multi-year horizon and developed manufacturing and distribution models to determine and validate business strategies.
