Director of Emergency Room Department
Our client is a 50+ bed acute primary care facility in California. The candidate we found to fill the Director of ER Department role is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire ER department.
Emergency Department Director
We completed the search for the Emergency Department Director to oversee the ED at a highly regarded 100 bed, full service, acute care hospital and two nearby ski clinics. The 13 bed Department has 20 FTEs and about 18,500 visits per year. Our placed candidate is a dynamic, experienced leader with strong administrative and clinical skills, and as part of the role they are participating in several key projects, including the application for a Level III Trauma Center, becoming an Accredited Chest Pain Center, and an Orthopedic Center of Excellence.
Director of Emergency Services
A 350+ bed medical center that offers a full range of services and is part of a major not-for-profit healthcare system was our client for this Director of Emergency Services search. The Center is a Level II Trauma Center with over 50,000 ED visits per year and 1,100 trauma patients. The Director oversees the staff and programs of the emergency services unit. Our placed candidate is a change agent who will bring new systems and ideas to the department and is participating in the expansion program that is adding more bays to the ED.
