They own five full service commercial hotels and destination resorts with plans for additional acquisitions and new builds. The firm is a high-quality operator, and the hotel assets are four and five diamond. Additionally, the firm is a major developer of residential and commercial real estate. The Senior Vice President of Finance Diversified Real Estate and Hotel Developer is in charge of leading the following areas of the company: Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Purchasing, Legal, and Enterprise Risk Management. The position’s responsibilities include asset management and all financial reporting, operational controls, and audits. Our placed candidate is expected to grow the cross functional financial and technology platform that integrates the core real estate development company with its operational entities.

Vice President of Construction and Design

We were retained by a Hotel Corporation to conduct their Vice President of Construction and Design search. The company operates over 50 full and select service hotels located in twelve states. The Vice President of Construction and Design is involved in all aspects of new construction and renovation planning and execution, including scheduling, estimating, bidding, preparation of subcontractor scopes of work, contracts, daily logs, change orders, and inspections.
