Vice President of Hotel Operations, North America
A world-renowned company selected us to find a key operating executive. Our client operates and franchises highly themed hotel properties in some of the world’s most desirable locations. They are building a portfolio in North America that will soon include 20 locations. The hotels are rooted in a rock ‘n’ roll spirit, and each hotel embraces the unique culture and character of its location. The Vice President of Hotel Operations, North America is responsible for strategic oversight and continued growth of the company-owned and franchised hotel business within the continent. Our placed candidate works closely with the hotel partners to ensure that all operational and brand standards are being met while executing the development and growth strategy of the organization.
We were retained by a hotel and resort corporation that owns and operates a portfolio of leading resorts located in two states. The resort property for this GM position features a newly constructed boutique hotel, impressive room accommodations on breath-taking grounds, a variety of dining options, an expanding spa facility, and award-winning golf courses. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort to maximize revenue and reach company goals. Our placed candidate leads the department heads in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We were chosen by a Midwest based owner operator to fill their Resort Manager role at their Four Diamond flagship resort. The high standard of service and dedicated staff have made this property a highly awarded and leading destination resort, which stretches over 750 acres with 2,500 feet of sand beach, a golf course, food and beverage outlets, a spa, and venue amenities. Additionally, the resort provides year-round activities and experiences for all ages. The Resort Manager works with the Managing Director in efforts to maximize revenue and ensure business effectiveness and efficiencies and is responsible for delivering results contributing to the mission and overall success of the Resort. Our placed candidate ensures and supports all departments in terms of coverage, scheduling, and service, and sets goals to promote and improve service of all departments. The organization also plans to transition our placed candidate into a future Managing Director role within the organization.
