Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer serves as a strategic partner in advancing the organization’s diversification and non-gaming operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business valuation, M&A, capital markets, and portfolio management, while maintaining relationships with the Tribal Council and executive leadership. The position reports to the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• MBA or master’s degree in finance; CPA is a plus
• At least eight years of progressive experience in corporate finance or risk management
• Prior C-suite or VP-level finance experience with publicly traded or large private companies is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and statistical analysis
• Ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiences including Tribal leadership, board members, and external partners

Salary Range: $300,000 – $350,000 plus bonus
