Chief Information Officer

We have been retained by a successful casino resort in search of a new CIO. The Chief Information Officer will lead all IT department activities by overseeing day-to-day operations, providing strategic recommendations, standardizing business processes, and ensuring IT initiatives align with organizational goals. The successful candidate will bring expertise across a wide range of IT systems, including general business, BI/databases, networking, HRIS, disaster recovery, and accounting. The position reports directly to the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; MBA or a Master’s in IT/IS is preferred
• At least seven years of IT senior management experience in a large casino resort environment
• Staying up to date with IT trends, cybersecurity protocols, and innovative solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory agencies

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000 plus bonus potential
