We are conducting a search for a well-established hospitality company that values their team’s development and growth. From restaurants to retail, this organization offers a world-class experience for both employees and guests.

The Director of Banquets is responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations and management for the hotel and off-premise catering. The successful candidate will maintain high guest service standards, support senior leadership in the development and execution of long-term strategies for banquet operations, and be a strong leader that provides stunning experiences for guests, as well as a joyful culture for the team. The position reports to the Director of Event Sales and Services.


  • At least three years of leadership experience in the event or food and beverage industry
  • Experience in a high-volume event property with off-premise catering preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for understanding and anticipating the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
