Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for managing all finance-related activities of the property. The successful candidate will analyze financial results including benchmarking data, overseeing the operation of the Vault/Cage and the Drop and Count functions, as well as assisting in internal and external audits. The position reports to the Vice President/General Manager, with a dotted line to the Chief Accounting Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
• At least seven years of experience in accounting within a gaming environment
• A minimum of seven years of Supervisory or Management experience
• Possess thorough knowledge of the Federal Currency Transaction Reporting regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: Up to $150,000 plus bonus
