Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial activities and departmental reports for the property. The ideal candidate will direct and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and standard operations relative to the Accounting department. The position reports to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least eight years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
• At least five years of experience in a controller, director, or equivalent role in a casino environment
• Knowledge of information systems and financial/business analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
