Director of Finance

Our client is a Tribal-owned casino that is home to over 550 table and electronic games. They currently have over 35,000 square feet for their gaming and amenities and have expansion plans to add more floor space, a hotel, and more. The Controller is responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring the processing and recording of financial transactions and providing long term range planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the facility. This role is hybrid (on-site 2 or 3 days a week) and reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Finance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Demonstrated success in a hands-on managerial role
• Strong professional and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: Up to $140,000
