Director of Housekeeping

The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for managing departmental finances and client relations of the organization. The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of training programs, assess and monitor accounts, and conduct inspections to determine the quality of service provided. The position reports to the Director of Resort Operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least five years of leadership experience in janitorial management, total facility maintenance management, or resort management preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
