We are conducting a search on behalf of a luxury flagship hotel property that delivers exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, event-driven environment. The AAA Four Diamond destination features multiple dining concepts, known for their chef-curated seasonal menus and crowd-pleasing cuisines.
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all the culinary operations in the hotel. The successful candidate will play a key role in menu planning and development, while upholding consistent standards in the preparation and presentation of culinary offerings. The position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000
