Our client is a growing gaming and entertainment destination in the Midwest. The property features a spacious gaming floor, a luxurious hotel, a full-service spa, a state-of-the-art convention center, and dining options that satisfy every craving.
The Executive Chef will lead and oversee all back-of-house culinary operations and staff. This role is responsible for monitoring food and labor costs, developing menus, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality. The position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $95,000 – $114,000
