Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for managing the organization’s General Ledger, Payroll, Revenue Audit, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Hard Count and Soft Count, and Inventory Control. This individual will establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), while ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience in finance
• Progressive accounting experience within the casino gaming industry
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial statement interpretation

Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 plus competitive benefits package and relocation assistance
