Head of Human Resources & Administration

Our client is a food service company that delivers healthy and delicious salads, fruits, and side dishes. They are opening an office in the Los Angeles area and are seeking someone to oversee their human resources department.

The Head of Human Resources & Administration will play a pivotal role in building a strong organizational foundation, shaping the company culture, and driving their growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who thrives in a start-up environment, capable of wearing multiple hats and assuming a wide range of responsibilities, in addition to traditional HR duties. The successful candidate will develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, as well as overseeing the talent acquisition lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Five or more years of HR experience; or three or more years of HR experience, combined with substantial leadership experience in other professional roles
• Knowledge of HR information systems and databases
• Knowledge of US employment law

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 plus benefits
