We have been retained by an established and respected travel organization with a prominent presence in the Midwestern region. This is a wonderful opportunity to be at the forefront of a group that truly supports its members!

The President & COO will actively drive the key strategies identified by the Board, and ensure the ongoing success and development of the organization. The ideal candidate will lead with authenticity, humility, and warmth to build and nurture long-lasting professional relationships. The position reports to the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least eight years of senior executive experience in travel, hospitality, or a relevant industry
  • Proven success in collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and change management
  • Expertise in driving growth through innovation, education, and member-focused service
  • Demonstrates patience, integrity, and active listening skills

 

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000
