Vice President of Development

We have been retained by a leader in hospitality that offers guest comfort and dedicated staff to bring a unique experience to all. With a portfolio of various hotel properties across the United States, we are seeking a well-rounded executive who has a knack for operations, finance, and development within the industry.

The Vice President of Development will direct the regional operations for the company, provide leadership and guidance to the GMs and property teams, and assist in developing the capital expenditure needs/budgets. Our winning candidate will help locate and oversee new construction properties from start to finish. The position reports directly to the President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience with overseeing 10+ upscale or limited-service properties is a plus
• At least 7 years of operations experience and 4 years of development experience
• Must have extensive financial knowledge in the hotel industry
• Some travel is expected for the role

Salary Range: $175,000 – $225,000
