    General Manager

    We completed a confidential search for a growing casino hotel that features 900+ slots and 150+ hotel rooms. Our placed candidate leads and oversees the gaming and hotel departments, which include player development, lodging, and food and beverage operations, and they are responsible for all administrative and daily operations.

    Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing, North America

    Our client is a hotel corporation based in the Northeast with a highly recognizable International brand. The Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing, North America is responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the company’s marketing program for the brand in North America. As part of a worldwide network of hotels, our placed candidate is responsible for the support and advancement of the brand within the context of their global brand positioning. This includes reinforcement of all global brand product and service standards as well as animation of brand marketing products at the regional and property level.

    Vice President of Hotel Supplier Relations

    Our client is a leading business travel agency consortium providing member agencies and preferred suppliers with a strategic advantage in areas of technology, digital marketing, innovative agent support and education, preferred supplier focus, and global strategic partnerships. The Vice President of Hotel Supplier Relations oversees the daily operations of the consortium’s Corporate Hotel Rate Program. This position has full P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar program, including management and continued enhancement of the hotel program content. Our placed candidate had over 15 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry at the time of hire.

    Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits

    We were retained by an online travel agency located in the Northeast to search for their Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits. The position manages employee benefits programs including retirement plans, medical plans, life insurance plans, and disability plans. Our placed candidate evaluates and compares existing company benefits programs with those of other providers, as well as analyzes the results and develops specific recommendations for review by management.

The Director of Finance oversees and manages operations-related responsibilities within the finance departments.
