Brand President

Our client is a deluxe escorted tour company with a highly recognizable international brand. The Brand President is responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the company’s marketing program for the brand in North America. As part of a worldwide network of companies, our placed candidate is responsible for the support and advancement of the brand within the context of the global brand positioning, including the reinforcement of all global brand, product, and service standards and the animation of brand marketing at the regional and local level.

Head of Marketing

A major Southern-based Theme Park and Resort retained us to search for their Head of Marketing. The key property-level position is tasked with developing and leading a professional, efficient, and effective Marketing team to create and deliver marketing strategies and tactics to increase awareness and drive business volume, revenue, and brand strength to ensure annual EBITDA targets are met. They oversee advertising and media, event marketing, promotions, consumer insights, digital strategy, and the execution of budgets and policies. Our placed candidate is also responsible for formulating, developing, refining, finalizing, and implementing the annual marketing plan, budget, and calendar.

Senior Public Relations Manager

We were retained by a major Theme Park and Resort to conduct the search for their Senior Public Relations Manager. Our client was looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to develop and deliver their Public Relations strategy. Responsibilities for the property-level position include maintaining positive relationships with the media in key markets, writing and producing printed and broadcasted stories, and project management. Our placed candidate serves as the spokesperson and liaison in the community and assigned key markets. They also facilitate ongoing internal communications for the group.
