We made a retained placement for a direct marketing company that operates a significant cruise product line that includes river cruises, small ship cruises, and traditional cruise products. The Vice President of Product Planning and Development directs, oversees, and conducts all negotiations and purchases of product components for the company’s programs. They prepare product strategy and pricing documents for all offerings, final costing for all products, and prepare and manage annual product development budgets. Our placed candidate also works closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to develop and design product offerings, and establishes and implements long-range strategies for the development of new product offerings.
Vice President of Attraction Development
We were retained to search for a Vice President of Attraction Development for a privately-owned themed entertainment company that owns, operates, and manages several theme parks, attractions, and resort hotels. The position is responsible for the development of new guest experiences throughout the properties.
