We have been retained by a renowned leader in the real estate development space to conduct this high-level search. The company has plans to open a sophisticated dining establishment with a bakery, gourmet market, full bar, and evening entertainment.

The Culinary Director is responsible for the launch and development of their new establishment. The ideal candidate will design the menu while offering creative direction and influencing all decisions regarding the concept. We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit who has prior experience with a breadth of concepts, including fine dining and casual luxury. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least five years of relevant culinary experience
  • Extensive experience designing menus, developing teams, and controlling food costs
  • Ambitious, motivated leader of current food trends with strong team building skills
  • Opening experience is a plus 


Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 plus equity
