We have been retained by a distinguished Stadium to conduct their search for an experienced, high-volume food and beverage operations professional. Home of one of the finest teams in the Pacific Coast League, the ballpark has a number of venues to hold unforgettable events, including private suites, clubs, a beer garden, and more. 

The Director of Food and Beverage Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the food and beverage services during baseball games, concerts, festivals, graduations, and other live events. Our successful candidate will train and develop food service staff to deliver world class service to the Stadium’s guests, clients, and partners.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of food and beverage operations experience at a ballpark, stadium, or entertainment facility required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
