Director of Marketing

We are assisting a Tribal-owned casino in their search for a high-performing marketing professional to grow their property to its greatest potential. Surrounded by astonishing panoramic views of nature, the casino offers a variety of table game and slot options, intimate musical performances, and delectable dining choices that will leave guests coming back for more! 

The Director of Marketing will oversee the operations and administration of the property’s database marketing advertising, and promotions. We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of market developments, strategies, and practices in the region. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required
• At least 5 years of progressive management experience in marketing or promotions
• Prior experience in the casino gaming industry preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
