Our client is a prominent hospitality group that is opening a brand-new fine dining restaurant in their Hotel at the end of 2021. The award-winning company has recently been recognized as one of the Nation’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.” The restaurant will feature seasonal New American cuisine, a large bar with an assortment of well-crafted cocktails and wine selections and a cozy lounge area with live music. The venue will be an open air concept to provide guests with a friendly and pleasant ambiance. 

We are searching for an Executive Chef who will lead a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. The position will hire, train, manage and coach the staff, as well as direct all aspects of food production including menu development, purchasing, storage, preparation, portion control, inventory and record keeping. This person will also be involved in creating a budget for the restaurant and will strive to provide an optimal experience for all guests. The position reports directly to the Regional Executive Chef.


  • Minimum of 10 years of restaurant experience, with at least three years of fine dining experience
  • Experience with a combination of independent and chain restaurants
  • A culinary degree is preferred
