We have been retained by a full-service casino and hotel that offers upscale lodging and unique attractions. Currently undergoing major renovations, the remodeled boutique hotel is set to open in early 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an organization that strives to create a positive and productive place to work!

The Executive Director of Hotel Operations will manage and oversee the hotel department, including the front desk and valet. Our successful candidate will be responsible for departmental budget such as purchase journals, expenditures, capital requests, labor, and periodic variance reporting. The position reports directly to the General Manager.


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field required
  • At least 5 years of progressive management experience preferred
  • Full-service hotel experience with strong food and beverage knowledge is ideal
  • Knowledge of LMS is a plus
