We are searching for a Hospitality Director to oversee day-to-day operations for the distillery tasting room and venue operations. This person will manage a team of up to 50 people and will institute KPIs and other strategies to drive company revenue goals operationally. They will be responsible for managing inventories for cost of goods, as well as streamlining the ordering processes to achieve efficient delivery of service items to customers. Additionally, the Hospitality Director will oversee purchasing, utility management and maintaining vendor accounts and relationships.
